In the warm dark matter scenario, Press-Schechter formalism is valid only for galaxy masses greater than “velocity dispersion cut-off”. this work we extend predictions to below velocity cut-off, and thereby address “Missing Satellites Problem” of cold ΛCDM rest-frame ultra-violet luminosity cut-off required not exceed measured reionization optical depth. For find agreement between observations these two phenomena. As a by-product, obtain empirical Tully-Fisher relation from first principles.
